Campus Road

Completed the sitework for construction of a 128 acre future residential neighborhood in Elizabethtown, PA. This project required us to move approximately 230,000 cubic yards of dirt, as well as installation of 5185 linear feet of gravity sanitary sewer, 4,300 of 8″ forcemain. To date 15,620 square yards of asphalt has been placed along 13,097 feet of concrete curb. 5,146′ of water main with 96 water services, and 5,899′ of storm sewer with 96 concrete structures. CH+N Site built a new roundabout to improve the flow of traffic and road way conditions.

Once all phases are completed, there will have been 400,000 cubic yards of earth moved, 15,618′ of sanitary sewer, 13,718′ of storm sewer, 13,389′ of water main, 29,358′ of concrete curb with the 46,411 square yards of asphalt paving and a concrete culvert.
